Skinplicity is open every WEEKDAY from 10a., and the last appointment of the day is at 5:30p. I will gladly schedule appointments through lunch hours as well. Additionally, if you are in dire need for an emergency service, (acne extractions/you just got an interview, etc.), I can let you know if there are any cancellations in the schedule if you let me know ASAP. In general, the afternoon and evening appointment slots fill up fast. Please feel free to leave me a message on voicemail, or email me with desired day(s) & time(s) you are able to come in. Most calls are returned within 24 business hours. I will leave you a message if it rolls to voicemail. PLEASE identify yourself in an email if it doesn't reflect your name in the address. The same goes for text messages. I do not keep a data bank of everyone's telephone numbers with names attached. I understand we all run into emergency situations now and then. In fairness to the other clients/patients, if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be rescheduled. Some treatments require specific amounts of time to provide you with the optimal, safest results. I do not rush, nor cut corners. This is especially important if you are having peels, high-frequency treatments, or long/complicated appointments. If you have purchased a voucher for a special skincare service, PLEASE remember that they have EXPIRATION dates. Just a reminder that as of January 2013, the office is located at 580 New Waverly Place, Cary. It is in the New Waverly Professional Park behind Whole Foods at the intersection of Tryon & Kildaire Farm Roads.
